The Shell R. Smith Building, now called Lofts 321, was fully renovated in 2009. The 80 year old building now has six lofts on the upper floor. The first floor has an art gallery, a photography studio, and other creative offerings. Designed / build in 1929. The building is on the list of Historic Places in Illinois.

Het Shell R. Smith Building, nu Lofts 321 geheten, is in 2009 volledig gerenoveerd. Het 80 jaar oude gebouw telt nu zes lofts op de bovenverdieping. De eerste verdieping heeft een kunstgalerie, een fotostudio en ander creatief aanbod. Het werd ontworpen en gebouwd in 1929 door Wybe van der Meer. Het gebouw staat op de lijst van historische plaatsen in Illinois.
